中兴ZXD1500通信电源模块:

通信电源通常被称为通信设备的“心脏”,在通信局(站)中,具有无可比拟的重

30A系列产品是由ZXD1500 30A整流模块组合而成的电源系统。主要有ZXDU300(2米高机架)、ZXDU300(1.6米高机架)组合电源系统。整流器由两级电路组成:前级PFC功率因数校正,后级DC-DC功率变换。输入电路包括输入EMI、缓启动、浪涌雷击防护整流和输入浪涌电流限制电路,使整流器具有较小的开机浪涌电流和较好的电磁兼容性。整流后直接进入前级功率因数校正电路功率因数校正主电路为Boost电路,控制采用平均电流控制方式,输入端的功率因数

输出过压保护、变压器原边过流峰值保护、过热保护等。

整流器通过硬件把输出电流以及各种告警信息上报给监控;监控可以通过接口调整

整流器的输出电压,完成对整流器的开关机控制,实现“三遥”功能。

辅助电源提供整流器内部控制电路所需的电源。
